We have all seen halftime shots at sporting events in which fans get a shot at winning a prize if they can make a miracle shot. Well, according to Devil Ball Golf, we will get the celebrity version of these events during the Monday Night Football game on October 15, when Phil Mickelson will attempt to hit a target for charity.
Mickelson will shoot from one endzone to the other, and try to hit a target. And depending on which part of the target he hits, he could win up to $1 million for First Book, an organization that helps bring books to children. Apparently that translates to 400,000 books for kids.
No word yet on how big the target will be or whether Tiger Woods will be hovering over his shoulder with his arms crossed and a scowl on his face.
